Mann Rewards Terms

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By joining Mann Rewards, you agree to these Terms and to our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not join. The Mann entities covered by these Terms are Mann Theatres Inc., Brainerd Entertainment LLC, and Pen-Isle Limited Partnership, individually or collectively as applicable ("Mann Theatres," "Mann," "we," "us," or "our").

2. About Mann Rewards

Mann Rewards is a free loyalty program offered by Mann Theatres. There is one membership level and no annual fee, subscription, or recurring charge. Members may enroll through manntheatres.com, during eligible online checkout flows, or at participating Mann Theatres locations.

Mann Rewards is intended for individual use. To be eligible, a member must be 13 years old or older. If you are under 18 years old, your participation in Mann Rewards should be with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to create or use a Mann Rewards account, a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's compliance with them. Membership is limited to one account per person. Accounts, points, and rewards are personal to the member, have no independent cash value and may not be sold or transferred.

When you sign up for a Mann Rewards account we will ask for the following information from you: name, email address, a password, phone number, date of birth, zip code and your preferred theatre. Please review the Mann Theatres Privacy Policy for how we use your personal information and your rights.

3. Earning Points

Members earn 1 Mann Rewards point for each whole dollar spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated from the final eligible sale amount, including applicable sales tax, and partial dollars are rounded down. For example, an eligible $10.18 purchase earns 10 points.

Eligible purchases include qualifying movie tickets and concession purchases made online through the manntheatres.com website or at participating Mann Theatres locations. Alcohol purchases may earn points only where permitted by law.

The following purchases do not earn points:

Points will be posted to your account after tickets are picked up and for concessions after the transaction closes.

An initial sign-up bonus of 25 points will be added to each new member account.

4. Identifying Your Account

To receive points for an in-theatre purchase, a member must identify the Mann Rewards account before the transaction is completed. At the counter, the member may provide the phone number tied to the account. At an in-theatre kiosk, the member may enter their Mann Rewards number when purchasing or picking up tickets.

When a member is signed in online, eligible online purchases are attached to that member’s Mann Rewards account automatically.

5. Mann Rewards

Mann Reward points may result in redeemable rewards according to the program rules in effect at the time the points are earned. Mann Reward points have no independent cash value except where required by law, are not transferable, and are subject to the eligibility and redemption rules disclosed with the reward.

A Mann Reward expires 90 days after issuance unless a different expiration period is expressly provided for that reward. Points that have not been converted into Mann Rewards do not expire.

6. Redeeming Mann Rewards

Mann Rewards may be redeemed only at participating Mann Theatres locations. Mann Rewards may not be redeemed through online checkout. A member may provide the phone number tied to the account at the counter; theatre staff can locate the account, view available rewards, and apply any eligible reward through the theatre point-of-sale system. Multiple Mann Rewards may be used during a single transaction.

Eligible rewards may be used for tickets, concessions, and alcohol where the specific reward and applicable law permit. Alcohol-eligible rewards may be redeemed, and alcohol will be served, only to persons who meet the legal drinking age and present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of redemption, regardless of the age of the Mann Rewards member whose account is used to apply the reward. Online reward redemption may be added in the future; the availability of that feature does not change these Terms unless Mann updates the program rules.

Mann Rewards are earned according to the following cycle:

Once 225 points have been accumulated, the reward cycle starts over with any excess points added to the next cycle.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and ticket cancellations are governed by the applicable Mann Theatres Website Terms and Conditions refund policy. Mann Rewards points and rewards associated with a refunded or canceled transaction will be adjusted to remove the refunded amount.

8. Birthday Reward

Mann may offer a birthday reward to eligible members. The reward, eligibility requirements, expiration, and any required account information will be disclosed when the birthday reward is issued.

9. Account Closure, Fraud, and Misuse

Mann may suspend or close a Mann Rewards account for fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, manipulation of purchases or refunds, creating or using multiple accounts to obtain improper benefits, selling or transferring rewards, or other abuse of the program. Points and rewards associated with fraudulent or abusive activity may be removed or forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Members may close their Mann Rewards account by contacting Mann’s corporate office. Closing or deleting the account ends participation in Mann Rewards.

In accordance with Mann’s Privacy Policy, you may also request the deletion of your personal information. Deletion of a member’s personal information would also delete their Mann Rewards account and accrued points. Any unredeemed rewards would be lost.

10. Marketing and Privacy

Participation in Mann Rewards is voluntary. Joining Mann Rewards does not by itself require a member to agree to receive promotional email or promotional text messages. Marketing consent is handled separately, where required by law.

Personal information used to operate Mann Rewards is handled under the Mann Theatres Privacy Policy. Mann cannot provide Mann Rewards benefits without the information needed to connect eligible purchases to the member’s account.

11. Changes to or End of the Program

Mann Theatres may change, suspend, or end Mann Rewards. Material changes affecting already-earned points or issued rewards will be communicated to members with reasonable notice, subject to applicable law. Any transition or redemption period required by law will be honored.

12. Relationship to Other Mann Terms and Policies

Participation in Mann Rewards is also subject to the Mann Theatres Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If these Mann Rewards Terms conflict with the Website Terms and Conditions on a matter specific to Mann Rewards, these Mann Rewards Terms control.
