Mark Wahlberg portrays a career criminal in this updated version of the 1969 film by the same name. Charlie masterminds the heist of a vast amount of gold bullion with his fellow criminals played by Charlize Theron, Edward Norton and Seth Green. They create the biggest traffic jam in the history of Los Angeles, which takes place on Hollywood Boulevard in front of the Chinese Theatre. There are explosions, cars careening into one another - and the truck of bullion disappears!

Some of the comments at the after-party included; "I went through 50 pair of ear plugs"; "The film just blew me away!" "Incredibly surreal"; "An out-of-body experience", and "It's a must-see film!" Partygoers included Slash from Guns N' Roses, L.A. Laker Derek Fisher, Joely Fisher, Mos Def, Donald Sutherland, and birthday boy Sumner Redstone (Viacom topper).
